During the Rooted in Resilience Day Retreat hosted by One Day Retreats, group therapy is skillfully facilitated by Arianna Gonzalez, LMFT, together with Dr. Jesse Ngu, LCSW, PSY.D, both of whom bring deep experience in guiding healing and collective exploration.Rooted In Resilience In this nurturing day-long container, Arianna and Jesse lead participants through narrative sharing, reflective exercises, and structured dialogue by providing a safe, compassionate space where healing happens in community. Their combined expertise helps weave personal introspection with relational attunement, so that each individual is both heard and held by the group, fostering growth, resilience, and connection.
